Temporary Pause: In-person Town Services
Effective Monday, January 10th – Friday, January 21st
In response to the post-holiday surge in COVID infections, effective Monday, January 10th, the Town will be implementing a two-week suspension of in-person, non-essential programs and services. Bemis Hall, Town Offices, Parks & Recreation Department, and the Library will be closed to the public for the next two weeks. However, staff will remain available via e-mail and phone to respond to requests for services and support. The Library will be resuming its curbside pickup program. If in-person support and transactions are required, please contact the relevant office to schedule an appointment. A complete name and phone directory is available on the Town’s website at: http://www.lincolntown.org/Directory.aspx. Our essential departments and services will of course remain open to the public. When visiting Town facilities, we continue to ask for adherence to our public health protocols. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Our Public Health Team believes this is a necessary step to better protect our staff and residents, and to ensure that we maintain necessary staffing levels while the virus is surging. We look forward to resuming normal operations as soon as public health conditions are conducive.
