The Town of Lincoln will be issuing new Transfer Station/Commuter Lot stickers effective September 1, 2020.  The stickers will be in effect through August 31, 2022 at which time the sticker will expire and new stickers will need to be obtained.  The Town has decided to combine these two stickers for convenience to residents.  The new sticker will be affixed to the windshield of your vehicle.

Any Lincoln resident who wishes to obtain a Transfer Station/Commuter Lot sticker can do so by completing the application online https://epay.cityhallsystems.com/selection .  Stickers will be issued through the mail upon receipt of the completed application.  Lincoln residents have until November 1, 2020 to obtain a sticker.  Any resident who does not have a new sticker by November 1, 2020 may be refused access to the Transfer Station or Commuter Lot.
