Some of our instructors have created online programs for you to follow at your discretion!

These videos are being provided in response to the suspension of our programming during the corona-virus outbreak.  These instructors have worked hard to provide these free opportunities to you, at your discretion, for your enjoyment.

With regards to using our exercise programs, you need to use common sense. To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program. 

By performing any fitness exercises, you are performing them at your own risk. The Town of Lincoln, and the instructors themselves, will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of these online fitness programs.
