Want to learn how to grow mushrooms? 

The Lincoln Agricultural Commission is sponsoring a seminar on the cultivation of edible mushrooms.  

Elizabeth Almeida, owner of Fat Moon Farm, will discuss small-scale commercial mushroom farming of a variety of fungi species.  Her presentation will be followed by a workshop led by Louise Bergeron demonstrating techniques to grow shitake mushrooms in inoculated wood logs in your backyard.
