[ARCHIVED] Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical School - Update

Lincoln received an application for Site Plan Review with the Planning Board and a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the Conservation Commission for Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical School located at 758 Marrett Road in Lexington MA

The project consists of construction of a new building, parking lots, circulation, lighting, service areas, landscaping, screening, sports fields, and associated stormwater management structures.  The area consists of 65.71 acres with a portion in Lexington and a portion in Lincoln.  The current school is in Lexington.  The new school will be located in Lincoln.

Given the size and complexity of this project the Town of Lincoln is going to hire a consultant to assist with the review.

Planning Board Preliminary Site Plan Review is scheduled on February 14, 2017 and public hearing for Site Plan review is scheduled for February 28, 2017. (Time not set yet)

The Conservation Commission will hold its first public hearing for the NOI at 8:00 pm on February 15, 2017 in the Town Offices.  Continuances will be every 3 weeks until the hearing is closed.
