[ARCHIVED] Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical School

Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical School has indicated that they will file a Site Plan Review application.

(Please note we received an email 11/21/16 stating that the filing may be delayed so most likely the dates will be pushed out from their earlier intention of filing sometime in December for January 2017 meeting dates).

A preliminary meeting with the Planning Board will be held first followed by a public hearing for Site Plan Review.

The Applicant stated that they will keep the existing school while the new school is being built. The proposed building is unchanged from what was proposed 6-months ago. The new school will have approximately 625 students and hope to being construction in late spring/early summer. The area consists of 65.71 acres with a portion in Lexington and a portion in Lincoln. The current school is located in Lexington. The new school will be located in Lincoln. The proposed access to the school will remain the same.

We will try to schedule a site visit with the Conservation Commission & Planning Board

Neighborhood representatives have been notified of the intent to file and Minuteman indicated they will hold a neighborhood meeting.
