Natural hazards can have serious impacts on the Town of Lincoln and its residents and businesses. The Lincoln Hazard Mitigation Plan is being updated to help the town to reduce its vulnerability to natural hazard events such as flooding, hurricanes and blizzards.  The Town held a series of public meetings and is now getting ready to submit the plan to MEMA and FEMA.
