TRANSFER STATION/COMMUTER LOT STICKERS

New yellow Transfer Station/Commuter Lot stickers are required effective September 1, 2022.  

The stickers will be in effect for 2 years through August 31, 2024.  The new sticker must be affixed to the bottom left corner of the driver’s side windshield of each vehicle.

Any Lincoln resident who wishes to obtain a Transfer Station/Commuter Lot sticker can do so by completing the application online at https://epay.cityhallsystems.com/selection. Stickers will be issued through the mail upon receipt of the completed application.  Any resident who does not have a new yellow sticker by September 1, 2022 may be refused access to the Transfer Station or Commuter Lot.
