The Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources is working towards updating the Stretch Energy Code and seeks input from stakeholders during a public comment period that will begin November 1, 2013. The Town of Lincoln has adopted the Stretch Code and has been informed by the Department of Energy Resources will automatically remain on the Stretch Energy Code when it is updated. If you wish to provide public comment as the Department of Energy Resource develop changes to the Stretch Energy Code, you can do so by submitted them using stretchcode@state.ma.us starting November 1, 2013.
