The Rural Land Foundation (RLF), Lincoln Parks & Recreation and the Birches School are collaborating on a project, if approved will purchase 16 acres of land in Lincoln known as the Wang Property located at 100 Bedford Road.

The 16 acres would be divided as follows:
3 acres - Parks and Recreation for the development of an athletic field,
4 acres - Birches School for the construction of a school building and parking lot, and
9 acres – For conservation.

It is anticipated that an application for Site Plan review will be filed with the Planning Board sometime in December with a January 2017 review.
