The deadline for submitting petitions to be included in the Warrant for the March 29, 2025 Annual Town Meeting is close of business Monday, January 27th.

Petition forms and instructions are available on the Town’s website at: https://www.lincolntown.org/961/How-to-Make-a-Citizens-Petitions. The proposed petitioned article must be signed by 10 registered voters of the Town as certified by the Clerk

Citizen Petitions may take various forms, including adopting, repealing, or amending town bylaws, 2) authorizing the filing of home rule legislation, 3) accepting or revoking local option legislation, 4) making resolutions, and others.  The Town Clerk (Valerie Fox, 781 259-2607 and Town Administrator (Tim Higgins, Town Administrator, 781 259-2601) are available to explain the process.
