Completed Applications are due by December 11, 2019 at 2:00 pm. The lottery will be held on January 9, 2020 at 6:00pm in the Tarbell Room at the Lincoln Public Library, 3 Bedford Road. Lincoln.

Construction began December 2018 and is expected to be completed by the spring/early summer of 2020
