The Town of Lincoln offers two Blue Cross Blue Shield plans for retirees. One is the Medex 2 plan and the other is Medicare PPO Blue Freedom Rx, which is a Medicare Advantage (MA) plan that includes comprehensive medical and prescription drug benefits.  Both plans are effective January 1, 2025.
