Lincoln’s Employee Benefits Open Enrollment

Now thru the end of September

We are hoping you and your families are well and healthy this Fall. Unfortunately, the Town will not be holding our annual Health and Benefits Fair again this year. I realize we are all eager to get back to our routines. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the benefits that are available to you, or even some of the programs that might be beneficial during these times. 

We are excited to offer a new HMO Blue Low Deductible Plan this year.  Please take a look at the information below.

*FSA OPEN ENROLLMENT IS UNTIL OCTOBER 15, 2021.  ALL OTHER BENEFITS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED BY SEPTEMBER 30, 2021*


PLEASE REVIEW ALL OF THE BELOW BENEFITS.  ONCE YOU HAVE DECIDED WHAT BENEFITS YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN PLEASE FILL OUT THE APPLICATION, PRINT IT OUT SINGLE SIDED AND TURN IT INTO THE TREASURER'S OFFICE OR SCHOOL BUSINESS OFFICE.
