LTC/FID Applications and Renewals

• Residents of Hanscom Air Force Base will need to provide a copy of their military identification and letter of good standing from their command staff. 
• As a reminder for residents of Hanscom Air Force Base, please indicate your appropriate street number and name on your application in the Town of Lincoln with the zip code being 01731.
• Once the application has been received, the Licensing Sergeant will contact you.
• All applicants will need to provide proof of residency (Ex: Tax form or similar documentation). 

Fee Schedule & Payment Link

• The application fee for LTC/FID applicants under the age of 70 is $100. 
• There is no licensing fee for applicants who are 70 years of age and older. 
• The licensing fee for FID applicants under the age of 18 years old is $25.  
• The application fee for Law Enforcement Officers is $25.

Change of Address & Name Change

• Massachusetts law requires any change of address must be reported within 30 days of moving. Additionally, the Name Change Form can be completed online. These are both available by clicking here.
