Parking Fee: $5.00
Free Weekends and Holidays

  • Parking allowed in numbered spaces only. No parking allowed in fire lanes, parallel to curbs, or in the Donelan's parking lot. Violators may be ticketed or towed at owner's expense.
  • Parking availability on first-come, first-served basis. Spaces may not be reserved or held.
  • All payments must be made in cash at payment box at time of parking vehicle. No change given; exact change only.
  • No credit for payments made to wrong slot or for any partial payments. 
  • No overnight parking allowed. All vehicles must be removed from lot upon last train's departure.

Resident Commuter Parking Sticker

The Town of Lincoln will be issuing new Transfer Station/Commuter Lot stickers effective September 1, 2020.  The stickers will be in effect through August 31, 2023 at which time the sticker will expire and new stickers will need to be obtained.  The Town has decided to combine these two stickers for convenience to residents.  The new sticker will be affixed to the windshield of your vehicle.

Any Lincoln resident who wishes to obtain a Transfer Station/Commuter Lot sticker can do so by completing the application online https://epay.cityhallsystems.com/selection .  Stickers will be issued through the mail upon receipt of the completed application.
