The 2026 Annual Town Meeting will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Donaldson Auditorium/Todd Lecture Hall. Check in begins at 8:30 AM and the meeting will begin promptly at 9:30!

Town Meeting will be broadcast over your local Cable TV channel (Comcast Channel 8 / Verizon Chanel 33) and can be viewed online HERE.  Please note there is no remote participation in Town Meeting, these are view-only options.

Annual Town Election will be held on Monday March 30, 2026.  Please refer to the Town Clerk's office for more information.

Continuation (if necessary): In the event that business is not concluded on Saturday, the Moderator will reconvene Town Meeting on Tuesday March 31, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Donaldson Auditorium/Todd Lecture Hall.

The deadline for submitting citizen petitions for our March 28, 2026, Annual Town Meeting is Monday, morning, January 26^th, at 9:00 a.m.  We will begin accepting petitions on Monday, January 12^th when the Select Board votes to “open the warrant.”  Citizens considering sponsoring a Town Meeting petition are strongly urged to contact the Town Clerk’s Office (781 259-2607 or foxv@lincolntown.org) for guidance about the process.  The Town Clerk’s office will contact the people identified as lead petitioners to ensure coordination as we prepare for the discussions and presentations that will be occurring in advance of Town Meeting.  My office (781 259-2601 or elderp@lincolntown.org) will also make itself available to assist in the process.
