How fit are you? Are everyday activities of strength, balance, and endurance getting harder? Assessments will be available by appointment with our fitness instructor, Terri Zaborowski. Tests will measure your upper and lower body strength, as well as endurance and balance against a national average based on your age and gender. Signups will be in groups of 4 in 15 minute increments and will be first come first served for Lincoln Seniors. Terri will be available to discuss any questions regarding results and the group exercise offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sign up by calling 781-259-8811.
