    SAIL class taught via Zoom with instructor Derry Tanner, retired nurse and certified personal trainer for STAY ACTIVE and INDEPENDENT for LIFE (SAIL). The class consists of strength, balance and flexibility exercises to make you stronger and help you feel better.     Into the Fire, 1861 -1896, an episode of the PBS series The African Americans: Many Rivers to Cross (2013). The film is directed by Sabin Streeter and features Henry Louis Gates, Jr. and has a runtime of 57 minutes. Into the Fire examines the most tumultuous and consequential period in African American history: the Civil War and the end of slavery, and Reconstruction's thrilling but tragically brief "moment in the sun."
