    Presentation of Town Meeting Warrant Article #33. This article would authorize the town to file a Home Rule Petition to establish a Property Tax Extended Circuit Breaker program for eligible homeowners. The goal of the program is to try to ensure that property taxes do not exceed 10% of income. It would be available to property owners over 65 who have lived in Lincoln at least 5 years and who meet income and property asset criteria.
