Join us for Tuesday Trail Walks to discover Lincoln's open space. Walks will be led by Conservation Dept staff and usually are 2-3 miles long. Wear sturdy shoes and dress for weather. Registration is required at https://tinyurl.com/2021FallWalks. You may also call Conservation Dept at 781-259-2612 or email Conservation@Lincolntown.org. The Trail Walks are co-sponsored by Lincoln Conservation Commission & Lincoln COA & HS. Each walk starts at a different location.

with both standing & seated exercise using resistance bands. Warm up moving joints, then proceed to strengthen muscles with upper and lower body exercises.
Finish with full body stretch segment. Resistance bands will be given out at class to be used by senior for this session.
Light weights are used while exercising to increase core muscle strength. Terri Z. instructs this popular class at Pierce House tent. Call to COA & HS to sign up 781-259-8811.
