Library Seeking Quotes for Entry Terrace Replacement

The Lincoln Public Library, _3 Bedford Road, _Lincoln, MA 01773 will accept quotes for replacement of an entry Terrace. Specifications may be obtained at lincolntown.org or via email to . All quotes are due by September 20, 2023, by 5pm.

Contractors will be presumed to have inspected the site and to be thoroughly familiar with all contract documents.

All quotes for this project are subject to applicable public procurement laws of Massachusetts, including, but not limited to G.L. c.30, §39M.

Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development and the weekly payroll record submittal requirements under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 through 27D inclusive.

The Lincoln Public Library reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all quotes, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Lincoln Public Library.
