Picture1

The Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) advises Lincoln’s Select Board on matters of bicycling and pedestrian safety and access.  BPAC works across town boards, committees, and staff. We are composed of representatives appointed by the Select Board, the Planning Board, and Parks & Recreation Committee and four at large members.

Current work

  • Implement and maintain Master Plan for cycling and walking in Lincoln
  • Advise Select Board on MassDOT projects including 2A, Baker Bridge, etc.
  • Events (e.g., Walk, Bike & Roll to School, eBike Demo)

BPAC meets monthly, generally on the third Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm. Check the town calendar for dates, times and locations.
