Research tested strength, balance, and flexibility exercises will make you stronger and feel better. All you need to participate is comfortable clothing, a sturdy chair and light weights. Bemis Hall
This show combines music, stories, and a wee bit of history from Scotland, Ireland and England. There will be singing, laughing, clapping and perhaps some foot stomping. The concert is interactive; questions and input from the audience are encouraged and become part of the event. Presented by Jeff Snow.
