This fitness class helps seniors maintain their strength, flexibility & independence with both standing & seated exercise using resistance bands. Warm up moving joints, then proceed to strengthen muscles with upper and lower body exercises. Finish with full body stretch segment. Resistance bands will be given out at class to be used by senior for this session.
