Choices for healthy cooking and eating are bountiful in the summer, but with so much health information coming at us it can be hard to know who to listen to and how to follow recommendations. Come to Bemis Hall on Friday, May 25, at 10:00 am to have a yummy brunch prepared by the chef from the Commons, hear some tips for eating well with summer’s bounty, and get answers to your nutrition questions from Sadie Daniels, RD, dietician at the Commons. If you have a special nutrition concern, call Carolyn at the COA and let her know and she will pass it along to Sadie before the program.
