Public Safety Radio System Assessment

The Town of Lincoln is seeking resumes and price bids from qualified firms to provide the Town with an assessment of the Lincoln Public Safety Radio System and Infrastructure.  Due to the technical nature of the services required the Town has determined that this procurement is best served by using the IFB process under Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, Section 4a.  Such a process will enable the Town to evaluate the experience of the contractor.  Due to the technical nature of public safety radio systems, it is an important that the Town have the ability to select the most responsible and responsive bidder on the basis of technical expertise, experience and cost.

Bids are due by 10:00 a.m. on July 17, 2018 per submittal requirements to: Mary Day, Asst. Town Administrator, Lincoln Town Offices, 16 Lincoln Road, Lincoln MA 01773.  Late bids will not be accepted. E-mailed and faxed bids will not be accepted.  The Town of Lincoln is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and encourages MBE/WBE firms to submit bids. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids if deemed in the public’s best interest to do so.
