What is the Normal Tax Billing Schedule?
Fiscal Year 2015 will begin on July 1, 2014 and will end June 30, 2015. The Town of Lincoln issues property tax bills on a semi-annual billing schedule which generally speaking runs as follows:

October 1 Tax Bills are mailed
November 1 1st half of tax bill is due
April 1 2nd half reminder notices mailed
May 1 Tax bill is due in full
