Spring session runs March 13 - April 10. Why do we love Zumba? The reason is simple: every class feels like a party! Join us for Zumba and have fun dancing to the upbeat music. The workout will vary between higher and lower intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.
