Oriole Landing, is a 60-unit mixed-income rental community located at 1 Mary's Way, adjacent to The Commons and will offer a diversity of housing options including fifteen units (25%) reserved for those earning a maximum of 80% of the Area Median Income. All 60 units will count on the Town’s Subsidized Housing Inventory (SHI).  ​Please click here to view final construction documents (Final Planning Board Decision, Construction Documents (Construction Plans, Construction Management Plan, and Operation and Maintenance Manual).

Construction began December 2018 and is expected to be completed by the spring of 2020. 

Construction hours are 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday and not on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Construction my occur on Saturdays only with prior approval by the Director or Planning.

HOW (Housing Options Working) GROUP

The HOW Group held an informational Public Forum on February 27, 2018. 

CIVICO (Developer)​
​Civico created a number of ways for the public to learn more about the project and to ask questions.  A series of open houses were held in addition to a dedicated website and facebook page.​​​​ 

2) Preliminary Development & Use Plan

The Planning Board held multiple hearings in March 2018 for the Preliminary Development & Use Plan. Click here to view the application, traffic studies, fiscal analysis, plans, studies and timeline.

3) Town Meeting

At the March 24, 2018 Town Meeting, Lincoln Voters voted to approve by 2/3rds vote a Bylaw Amendment to establish a North Lincoln Planning Development Overlay District and a Preliminary Development and Land Use Plan. ​

4) ​Site Plan and Special Permit
