AFFORDABLE UNITS

Oriole Landing will have fifteen units reserved for those earning a maximum of 80% of the Area Median Income.

SEB Housing is currently working with Oriole Landing, DHCD, and the Town of Lincoln to provide affordable housing rental units.

An informational session will be held on November 14, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the Tarbell Room at the Lincoln Public Library, 3 Bedford Road, Lincoln MA. Completed Applications are due by December 11, 2019 at 2:00 pm. The lottery will be held on January 9, 2020 at 6:00pm in the Tarbell Room at the Lincoln Public Library, 3 Bedford Road.

CONSTRUCTION

Construction began December 2018 and is expected to be completed by the spring/early summer of 2020
