Oriole Landing Housing Development
Civico Development is proposing Oriole Landing, a 60-unit mixed-income rental community adjacent to the Rt. 2 interchange, Mary's Way and the Commons. As proposed, Oriole Landing will offer a diversity of housing options including fifteen units (25%) reserved for those earning a maximum of 80% of the Area Median Income. All 60 units will count on the Town’s Subsidized Housing Inventory (SHI).
Currently, Civico is meeting with Lincoln’s various boards and committees. Civico is hosting a neighborhood meeting at the Library on January 18, 2018 at 7:00 pm in the Tarbell Room.
The Housing Coalition and Civico Development is hosting an informational meeting on January 31 at 7:00 pm at Town Offices, Donaldson Room . Please attend to learn more about this project.
Civico Development will be hosting Community Open Houses at the Library where the public is welcome to drop in and learn more about Oriole Landing from the development team. The dates are as follows:
January 25, Thursday 2-4 pm, Tarbell Room
February 8, Thursday 6:30-8:30 pm, Tarbell Room
February 15, Thursday 1-3 pm, Tarbell Room
February 22, Thursday 6:30-8:30 pm, Tarbell Room
An application for a Preliminary Development & Use Plan will be filed with the Planning Board most likely in January with a Hearing held sometime in February. We will update you with specific dates when a formal application is filed.
At the March 24, 2018 Town Meeting, Lincoln Voters will be asked to approve a Bylaw Amendment to establish a North Lincoln Planning Development Overlay District and a Preliminary Development and Land Use Plan.
Following Town Meeting, Civico Development will need to obtain Planning Board Site Plan and Special Permit Approval through a public hearing process.
